With the current spread of the Coronavirus and the subsequent shut down of the High Street, the Radcliffe & Rust team are doing all they can to crack the challenge of ‘business as usual’. We are now looking to carry out as many market appraisals and viewings as possible, but of course understanding and flexibility when booking an appointment would be very helpful. We, like many, are juggling home and work life as well as possible.
It is very likely that viewings will be carried out when properties are empty, or when vendors can nip out when a viewing takes place.
We will ask that, where possible, prospective vendors and landlords step outside while a member of staff carries out a market appraisal. A conversation on value of property and service can then be had either outside the property or over the phone, at a later time/date.
We request that all customers notify a member of the team when booking, or after having booked, a viewing, valuation or maintenance job in, of any cold/flu like symptoms they are experiencing so we can take a view on potentially delaying the appointment.
