We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Residential Sales and Lettings teams in the day-to-day operations of the business. As an integral part of our team, you will help ensure smooth administrative processes, contribute to team efficiency, and assist in a variety of tasks to support our sales and lettings activities.
For the right applicant, this role offers the opportunity for progression to a Trainee Negotiator or Trainee Property Manager, providing a clear path for career development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams, ensuring effective coordination of tasks and processes.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of client meetings, property viewings, and relevant documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and update client records, contracts, and property listings in our system.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the team.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, property brochures, and online listings.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and facilitate a seamless working environment.
- Provide general support to the team to meet business objectives and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (preferred but not essential).
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a sales or lettings environment, is a plus.
