I bought my property using Radcliffe & Rust and found them excellent. Richard Rust was extremely responsive, helpful and open during a very long and stressful buying and selling process – entirely related to the sale of my previous property NOT the purchase of my new place. While waiting to pick up my keys on the day of completion, David made me the nicest cup of tea! Sounds trivial but at what was for me a very tense time and on a miserable cold and rainy day, it was a very welcome act of kindness! The only think I would request is that the keys be made available at the property and that there could be a brief explanation of location of meters, bins, etc. and of how heating etc. works. Perhaps no Estate Agents provide this – I’m not sure – but I would have appreciated it.
