We are able to state with certainty that our managed service will not increase from the current 12% inclusive of VAT of the monthly rent achieved for your property.

We have introduced a new fee for landlords of £720.00, but we honestly believe that the new fee gives unrivalled value for money, when compared against our competition.

The new fee is only chargeable when a new tenant moves into your property, and we will never charge for renewing an existing tenancy.

The new fee gives landlords the following:

  • Marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location & On The Market;
  • Finding your new tenant;
  • Comprehensive tenant referencing to include, full credit check,
  • previous landlord referencing, full employment referencing;
  • Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement;
  • Bespoke Glossy Brochure;
  • EPC & Floorplan for marketing;
  • Check In Inventory;
  • Check Out Report;
  • Initial gas safety inspection;
  • Registration of tenant deposit with the DPS.

You will receive all of the above for £720 inc Vat, with an ongoing monthly fee of 12% including VAT for managing the property. Discounts available for landlords with 3 or more properties.
