I decided to move house because my previous estate agents were uncooperative and incompetent (repairs took 10+ months). My experience at Radcliffe and Rust could not have been more different! Kaitlin and the team are enthusiastic about the properties that they are offering, quick and thorough to respond to any queries, proactive in initiating repairs that they notice, and have generally restored my faith in estate agents! I look forward to my tenancy with them.
