Contact us and organise a market appraisal at a convenient time for you.
We will meet you at your property and provide you with an in depth market appraisal and details of how we will market and sell your home. Followed by our written recommendation of asking price and marketing strategy.
Once you are happy that we are the estate agent for you, we will arrange one further appointment to take high quality photographs and floor plans. These, together with your properties features will be transformed into your unique set of property particulars to show your property in the best possible light.
Commence Marketing and wait for us to contact you with your first viewing appointment. We will also erect a For Sale sign. Expect to receive open and honest feedback within 48 hours of a viewing appointment together with weekly marketing updates.
Not only will we negotiate on your behalf in order to reach the highest possible selling price, we will also ensure that the prospective purchaser can afford to buy your property and is in a position to proceed.
Upon acceptance of a qualified offer from a buyer in a position to proceed. A memorandum of sale will then be produced and a copy sent to you, your buyer and both parties solicitors so that the legal work can begin. We will then remove your property from the market and change the For Sale sign to Sold unless otherwise instructed to do so.
Exchange and Complete
Even after the sale has been agreed we will continue to put your needs first and provide you with weekly sales updates up to and including the day you hand your keys over.
