Kaitlin had some challenges during the process with the sale of the property she managed on our family\'s behalf. However, she applied herself effectively and efficently to overcome any hurdles and got us an outcome that was very much appreciated. It became clear that Kaitlin was responsible for a lot of communications between clients and professionals, a tall order to meet everyone\'s needs, but she did an excellent job, while smiling throughout.
