Having had bad experiences from estate agents in the past I was dreading my experience with Radcliffe & Rust. From the moment they picked up the phone they were helpful and understanding (and spoke like NORMAL PEOPLE without using extensive legal jargon.) Lauren has communicated very efficiently with us and held her own particularly well during a week when the rest of the office was off sick! Thank you for making what was quite a stressful period of time as stress free as possible!
