The best experience we ever had with letting agencies. Radcliffe and Rust have been extremely professional and supportive. Our designated agent was Lauren. She literally made us forget all the bad experiences we had with other agencies. We always received prompt responses, she was very patient and showed excellent customer service and support. Extremely polite in all communications and phone calls, available to answer all the questions and concerns we had. We felt like we were very well taken care of and no false promises were made. Everything was made clear and simple, and she made us feel extremely relaxed during the whole process, start to end, and she offered help and advice with many things, even matters that didn’t really have a strict relation to the process. If we ever need to work with a lettings agency and agent another time we know for sure the first person we’d call would be Lauren. Very friendly, polite, and professional.
