We have been renting a property through Radcliffe and Rust for four years and the whole experience has been positive. Not only are David, Richard and Craig really lovely, but we felt their service was fair and trustworthy. After being homeowners for a while, we were worried it would feel intrusive to have house checks, but it felt as if they were friendly pop-ins to check we were happy and to sort out any niggles, rather than feeling judged in any way. Any maintenance was sorted out quickly and efficiently and the process of moving out was straightforward. Even when I mixed up a viewing time for Lauren to show someone around at the end of our tenancy, she handled it with professionalism and kindness. We can highly recommend these guys as we have had a great experience with them.
