PLANNING APPLICATION
At Radcliffe & Rust, we specialise in unlocking the full potential of your land by securing planning permission—an essential step in significantly increasing its value. Once we have established the true market value of your land, we offer two clear routes to sale:
Route One: Vendor-Funded Planning Application
You, the landowner, fund the planning application and any associated costs. Radcliffe & Rust will then market your land on the open market, securing the highest possible sale price on your behalf.
Route Two: Developer-Led Planning Application
We introduce you to a reputable local developer with whom we have an established relationship. In this case, the developer covers all planning-related costs. In return, you enter into a legally binding exclusivity agreement to sell the land to that developer once planning permission has been successfully granted.
