Conveyancing
Over the years, we have worked with a range of solicitors and conveyancers, and through this experience, we have identified a couple of firms whose service stands out. These trusted professionals have consistently demonstrated exceptional efficiency, with prompt responses to queries and a proactive approach to communication. Their reliability allows us to keep you fully informed at every stage of your transaction, helping to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
The services offered by these firms are designed with your peace of mind in mind. They operate on a “No Move – No Fee” basis, meaning you won’t be charged legal fees if your transaction doesn’t complete. There are no non-refundable deposits required, and you’ll have access to unlimited advice and guidance throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring you feel supported and confident from start to finish.
If you would like a quote or further information, simply get in touch with us by phone or email, and we will arrange for the details to be sent to you promptly.
EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) have been a standard requirement in the property market for some time and are legally necessary whenever you choose to sell or let a property.
Although it’s entirely possible you haven’t needed one before, the purpose of an EPC is to provide prospective buyers or tenants with an at-a-glance summary of your property’s energy efficiency. The certificate includes an energy rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient), along with clear recommendations on how the property’s efficiency could be improved. This information not only helps others understand the running costs of the home but also highlights potential savings and environmental impact.
In most cases, the cost of an EPC is included within our standard marketing package. However, should you prefer to arrange one independently, we would be more than happy to assist—please feel free to contact us directly for further information or guidance.
