Great experience! Helen was a lovely building manager - easy communication and a very likeable manner. I will definitely be recommending Radcliffe and rust to friends because the entire process has been stress free and simple to follow. There was never any confusion over issues being dealt with and I felt I could really trust the respect the fact the flat was our space despite it being rented, inspections and visits felt very much within our control.
