We had a steady stream of well scheduled viewings within days of the listing landing, our first offer within a week and sold subject to contract within a fortnight. No mean feat given the general state of the housing marketing in 2025. All the viewings of the property felt like they were with well vetted and genuine potential buyers; I had no sense of any 'time wasters' being invited along and feedback from the viewings was prompt, honest and realistic. Throughout the communications and responsiveness from Kaitlin was nothing short of exceptional. The overall act of moving house was a pretty stressful and frustrating experience, but Kaitlin and team at Radcliffe & Rust ensured their contribution was the shining star in the process me.
