# Agency I rented with Radcliffe & Rust five years and overall had a smooth experience. Communication was always clear and the team was reachable when needed. Checkout and deposit were handled fairly — as long as the flat was cleaned and normal wearandtear was respected, everything moved quickly, and my full deposit was released without any issues. Minor maintenance was dealt with easily. Bigger problems, not frequent, usually took 3–7 days depending on contractor availability. The only downside is that some contractors relied on quick fixes. One example: when a fridge needed replacement, the contractor outsourced the installation to Currys and misjudged the door hinge setup, then tried to convince me that a workaround was “fine” instead of correcting it. Despite that, the agency itself has been professional, reliable, and easy to work with.
