Testimonial

My partner and I have been renting a property in Cambridge with Radcliffe and Rust just shy of 2 years. We are incredibly happy with the service we've received, particularly from our property manager Helen and her colleague Kaitlin (though everybody we've interacted with from the team have been absolutely lovely). They have been so friendly and accommodating from day 1, and we genuinely look forward to catching up with Helen when we have an inspection - she is a gem! In the rare occasion that we've had any maintenance issues, Helen and Kaitlin have been quick to respond and make arrangements repairs. We've never had to chase to get things looked at or fixed, and we've always felt comfortable to approach them help and advice. Unlike other landlords and agencies we've had experiences with, we truly feel that they have our best interest in mind. We look forward to continuing our tenancy and hope to stay with Radcliffe and Rust a long time. They'd be a tough act to follow!
