I recently used Radcliff and Rust to sell my house in Cambridge and was really pleased with the whole experience. From start to finish, the process was pleasant and they kept up just the right level of communication throughout. I first met Richard the valuation, and his approach was quite different from the other agents I spoke with. Rather than giving a quick estimate on the spot, he took detailed measurements of the house and went away to calculate a more accurate figure based on the actual size of the property. It felt like a much better, more professional process than what I saw elsewhere. Richard also handled the photos and created a 3D tour, which was great as it was all included in the fee. Once we were on the market, Kaitlin took over to manage the viewings and offers. They achieved a price I was very happy with, and they were definitely well worth the fee.
